At Purelay Clean, we ship orders to customers across the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. Free shipping applies to orders over £29.
Order Tracking All orders include tracking. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has been shipped.
